Helping Women Empower Themselves Since 2016
Looking for a fitness adventure that combines fitness, relaxation, and exploration? These week-long retreat is for you! We know that physical training is one of the most effective ways you can support your overall health, especially as you age. It strengthens bones, builds lean muscle, helps support your metabolism, reduces stress and anxiety and supports a strong immune system. But far beyond these physical benefits, training is a powerful way to challenge yourself and discover fortitude and resilience. Pushing through physical limits requires mental grit, teaching you to overcome obstacles and increasing your confidence and sense of competency. Power and grace retreats are intimate women only fitness and wellness retreats. Each year we select a new location, physical challenge and focus.
Past retreat locations have included, Cuba, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Mont Tremblant, Dominican Republic, South Africa and now Barcelona!
